Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu highlighted the progress of Amaravati Quantum Valley towards establishing a top-notch quantum ecosystem focused on innovation and technology development. Celebrating World Telecommunication and Information Society Day, he emphasized the importance of secure communications and digital infrastructure for nations’ future.
Naidu announced the establishment of a Quantum-Secure Communications Test Bed at Amaravati Quantum Valley in collaboration with SRM University-AP, C-DOT, and the Department of Telecommunications, Government of India. This facility will facilitate research on quantum communication hardware, encryption technologies, and cyber defense solutions, aiming to bolster India’s technological capabilities.
The initiative aims to promote Make in India technologies and position Amaravati as a key hub for cutting-edge technologies and innovation. By providing opportunities for students, researchers, and startups from Andhra Pradesh, it seeks to shape the future of technology. Naidu extended his best wishes to all individuals involved in this significant endeavor.
