Aryan Roopa Anand impressed at the Royal Colombo Golf by scoring 9-under 62 on the first day of the IGPL Invitational Sri Lanka, the final event of the 2025 Indian Golf Premier League Tour. Aryan, a two-time All India amateur champion, showcased his skills with nine birdies and an eagle, finishing with a strong performance.
Jeev Milkha Singh, a renowned Indian professional golfer, also excelled in his first IGPL event, securing a 7-under score. Local talent Kaya Daluwatte claimed the third spot with a 6-under 65, emerging as the top female player after the initial day of play.
The leaderboard featured notable names like Aman Raj and SSP Chawrasia tied for fourth place at 4-under. The competition saw a total of 10 players scoring four-under or better, making it a highly competitive day for the participants.
