Bihar Chief Minister, Samrat Choudhary, highlighted his government’s dedication to ensuring good governance, robust law and order, and rapid development in the state. Speaking at an event in Patna, he stressed the importance of a strong law and order system as a foundation for industrial growth and investment in Bihar. Choudhary emphasized that without a secure environment, attracting industries would be challenging, underscoring the need for strengthened governance.
The Chief Minister issued a stern warning on crime control, stating that those who challenge the police will face action within 48 hours. He affirmed that no criminal, regardless of identity, caste, or religion, will be spared, emphasizing that law enforcement will remain unbiased. Choudhary reiterated the government’s commitment to creating a crime-free Bihar, with a firm stance on maintaining law and order without compromise.
Choudhary emphasized the significance of peace and security in attracting industries, creating jobs, and fostering investment. He instructed administrative officials and police personnel to stay vigilant and proactive in ensuring stability and public safety. The Chief Minister also highlighted various infrastructure projects in Patna aimed at addressing waterlogging issues and enhancing urban facilities.
Recalling his tenure as Urban Development Minister in 2014, Choudhary mentioned a pilot project in the Digha area focusing on modern drainage and road construction. He addressed concerns regarding the maintenance of drainage systems by implementing regular cleaning arrangements, issuing strict directives, and ensuring no tolerance for negligence. Choudhary concluded by emphasizing that law and order, infrastructure development, and effective governance are interconnected pillars of progress, expressing optimism for Bihar’s economic opportunities and sustainable growth.
