The bodies of two individuals were discovered in Delhi’s Amar Colony, with officials reporting suspicious circumstances. Found in a flat in the Sant Nagar area, the police have taken custody of both bodies, and investigations are ongoing. The deceased, a woman from Nagpur, Maharashtra, who had been residing in the flat as a tenant for two years, was found alongside a man in the same flat.
Abhishek, the landlord, revealed that the woman had rented a room in the building for two years and was known to be punctual with rent payments. The woman, around 26 years old, was found deceased on the bed, while the man was found hanging from the ceiling fan. The landlord mentioned that the woman worked in Nehru Place and had a good reputation.
Upon receiving a report of someone tampering with the room, the caretaker discovered the bodies of the woman and the unidentified man. The landlord speculated that the man might have visited the woman, leading to a possible altercation. Police are actively investigating the incident, with more details expected to emerge in due course.
