Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor, preparing for his role in the upcoming film ‘Ramayana’, participated in a special event in the national capital. During the event, he paid his respects to poet Kumar Vishwas and actor Sunny Deol by touching their feet. Sunny Deol portrays the character of Lord Hanuman in the movie and appeared in a clean-shaven look.
The event showcased Kumar Vishwas, known for popularizing Hindi poetry among the youth. Apart from his literary contributions, he has engaged in politics and gained national recognition during the 2011 India Against Corruption movement. Although initially associated with the Aam Aadmi Party, Vishwas later distanced himself from active political involvement due to internal disagreements. He continues to be a prominent figure in public discourse, delivering lectures on Indian culture, history, and literature.
The ‘Ramayana’ event, held in Delhi, preceded the film’s trailer launch scheduled for July 24. This gathering, named Pratham Sankalp, symbolized the commencement of ‘Ramayana’s’ journey from India to a global audience. It also marked a significant moment as the primary cast of the film came together publicly, uniting different generations of Indian cinema enthusiasts in celebration of the country’s rich cultural heritage.
