Several candidates awaiting the NEET-UG re-examination across the country have voiced doubts about their preparation due to the alleged May 3 paper leak. Despite concerns, students are optimistic about the government’s efforts to ensure a fair exam this time.
In the national capital, a candidate shared, “The paper leak affected my mental health, but I have put in the same effort as before.” Another aspirant, having previously scored well, expressed nervousness this time around.
In Patna, a student at ‘Bapu Pariksha Parisar’ expressed frustration over the leak, highlighting the stress students face despite rigorous preparation. Another student, still wary after the leak, emphasized the ongoing tension until results are announced.
Ranjan Kumar, at an exam center in Bihar’s Nalanda, emphasized the need for a leak-free exam to avoid further complications. Similarly, an aspirant in Ahmedabad hoped for a smooth exam process, emphasizing the importance of preventing future leaks.
A parent shared their disappointment as their daughter, who aspired to be a doctor, faced setbacks due to the exam uncertainties. In Jammu, a candidate saw the re-exam as an opportunity to showcase their abilities, albeit acknowledging the challenge of readjusting to the preparation routine.
