The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has approved the release of director Vignesh Karthick’s film ‘Hotspot 2 Much’, starring Priya Bhavani Shankar, with a U/A certificate. The film’s makers recently unveiled a poster confirming the CBFC clearance. Fans and movie enthusiasts were further intrigued by a recently released trailer of the film, hinting at a storyline similar to its predecessor.

The trailer showcases instances like a mother questioning her daughter about her boyfriend’s caste, emphasizing familiar themes from the first installment. Actor Ashwin Kumar’s scene with a sleepy friend and the roles of Rakshan and Aadhitya Baaskar are highlighted. The film also features strong female characters advocating for a DINK (Double Income No Kids) lifestyle and committed relationships.

Directed by Vignesh Karthick, the movie stars Priya Bhavani Shankar, Thambi Ramaiah, Rakshan, Ashwin Kumar, and Aadhitya Baaskar in key roles. Additionally, M S Baaskar, Bhavani Sre, Brigida Saga, and Sanjana Tiwari play pivotal characters. Notably, the film is being presented by Vishnu Vishal Studioz, owned by actor Vishnu Vishal.

The technical aspects of the film include cinematography by Jagadeesh Ravi and Joseph Paul, music by Satish Raghunathan, editing by Muthayan U, and art direction by C Shanmugam. Kishore Sankar serves as the co-director for the project.
