Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta chaired a meeting to review projects exceeding Rs 5 crore, instructing officials to update progress on the ‘CM-Pragati’ portal within a week. The meeting, attended by Chief Secretary Rajiv Verma and senior officials, focused on departmental performance and upcoming projects for the Budget 2026-27 presentation. CM Gupta stressed the importance of transparency by ensuring continuous updates on development works for public awareness.
The Chief Minister highlighted the government’s commitment to timely project completion, accountability, and providing accurate information to citizens. Emphasizing the need for high-quality standards in pending projects, she announced the upcoming launch of the ‘Delhi Mitra’ portal for grievance redressal. The portal aims to simplify communication between the government and citizens, ensuring a faster and more reliable grievance resolution process.
Instructing departments to prepare for the summer season in advance, the Chief Minister urged timely actions for water supply, power arrangements, hospital facilities, and public services. She emphasized the importance of smooth functioning of essential services to avoid inconvenience for citizens during the summer months.
