A Delhi court has postponed the hearing in a criminal defamation case brought by Priya Kapur against her sister-in-law, Mandhira Kapur Smith. The adjournment was granted to allow Priya Kapur time to respond to an application filed by Mandhira Kapur. The matter is now scheduled for further hearing on April 22 at the Patiala House Courts.
Priya Kapur requested time to address an application by Mandhira Kapur under Section 330 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita.
