Deputy Chief Minister Sunetra Pawar stated that the Mahayuti government is dedicated to advancing Maharashtra while focusing on public welfare and democratic discussions. She stressed the significance of the upcoming Maharashtra Legislature’s monsoon session as a crucial platform for addressing public expectations and concerns in a democratic setup.
Pawar expressed optimism that the session would involve extensive deliberations on public welfare, developmental projects, and key issues concerning the state’s advancement. She affirmed the government’s commitment to the comprehensive growth of Maharashtra, ensuring that public concerns are effectively raised and resolved in the legislative assembly.
Highlighting the importance of dialogue in democracy, Pawar mentioned the significance of constructive discussions and positive collaboration for public welfare. She underlined the need for effective communication between the ruling alliance and the opposition, emphasizing that differences can coexist but dialogue is essential.
In response to the delayed monsoon due to the El Nino effect, Pawar advised farmers to rely on official forecasts from the India Meteorological Department before commencing sowing activities. She also highlighted the recent distribution of the 23rd installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, which provided financial assistance to around 91 lakh farmer families in Maharashtra.
