Director Vignesh Raja has wrapped up the final mixing for the action-packed movie ‘Kara’, featuring Dhanush in the lead role. The film is set for release on April 30, promising an engaging experience for viewers. Anticipation among fans and movie enthusiasts has been high since the trailer’s release.
The trailer reveals a plot unfolding during the Gulf war, specifically when Iraq ignited numerous oil wells in Kuwait, impacting the global and Indian economies. Protagonist Kara, played by Dhanush, is depicted as a bank robber with urgent financial needs. As he continues his spree, a cop portrayed by Suraj Venjaramoodu discerns his motivations.
Dhanush’s character, Kara, returns to his family as a changed man, although his true intentions remain hidden. Desperate for a large sum of money, Kara resorts to robbing banks and affluent individuals. The narrative builds tension as the cop plans to apprehend Kara, aware of his impending criminal activities.
The film, approved by the Censor Board with a U/A certificate, is scheduled for a worldwide premiere on April 30. Earlier, the movie’s title was unveiled on Pongal, accompanied by a poster featuring Dhanush in a fierce look.
