As violence against civilians rises in Balochistan, human rights organizations have revealed the extrajudicial killing of four civilians by Pakistani forces. The mutilated body of 32-year-old Pazeer Baloch was discovered on February 7 in Panjgur district after being forcibly disappeared on November 25, 2025, by a Pakistan-backed death squad, according to the Baloch National Movement’s Human Rights Department, Paank.
Condemning the killing, the Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) described the torture marks on Pazeer’s body as symbols of extreme cruelty and suffering, denouncing it as a crime against humanity. In a separate incident, the tortured body of 35-year-old Karim Jan was found in Panjgur on February 1 after being illegally detained for nearly a month, as reported by BYC.
Karim Jan, a driver, was reportedly disappeared by Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence on January 3 and subsequently extrajudicially killed, with his body discarded in Baalgathar, according to BYC. The incident involving Karim Jan adds to the long list of Baloch individuals who have faced disappearances, killings, and lack of accountability, shedding light on the prevailing culture of impunity in Balochistan.
