He underscored the need to address the world as it is, rather than clinging to past notions of dominance.
Stubb raised concerns about the use of violence as a tool in foreign policy, citing conflicts in Ukraine, the Middle East, and Sudan. He highlighted the need for diplomatic solutions and collaboration to address global challenges. Stubb also referenced conversations with world leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on navigating complex geopolitical landscapes and promoting stability.
The Finland President echoed External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar’s call for collective action to tackle global issues. He emphasized the interconnected nature of conflicts worldwide and the importance of working together to find solutions. Stubb reaffirmed the significance of upholding international rules and institutions to maintain global order amidst evolving geopolitical dynamics.
