Former MP Ramesh Bidhuri attended a meeting led by Delhi Chief Electoral Officer Ashok Kumar regarding the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls. Bidhuri, accompanied by advocate Sanket Gupta, assured the CEO of full support from BJP-appointed Block Level Agents for the SIR process. The BJP emphasizes the importance of removing bogus voters, deceased voters, and infiltrators from the voters’ list to ensure fair elections.

The Delhi BJP criticized a social media post by Aam Aadmi Party MLA Kuldeep Kumar and his statement on the delayed arrival of fire department personnel at New Ashok Nagar Police Station. Delhi BJP spokesperson Praveen Shankar Kapoor condemned the accusations made by AAP leaders against the Fire Brigade, highlighting the prompt response and efforts of the fire department during incidents. Kapoor also refuted claims made by MLA Kuldeep Kumar, clarifying the details of the fire incident at the police station.

Kapoor emphasized the dedication and risk-taking nature of Fire Brigade personnel in their daily operations, expressing concern over the demoralizing impact of unwarranted criticism from Delhi AAP leaders. The BJP spokesperson posted a response on social media platform X to address the misleading information shared by MLA Kuldeep Kumar, aiming to set the record straight on the sequence of events during the fire incident.
