Gujarat BJP MP Dhaval Patel accused Congress leader Rahul Gandhi of maintaining connections with individuals associated with the ‘Tukde Tukde gang’ and George Soros. Patel’s remarks followed Gandhi’s labeling of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah as “traitors” for allegedly undermining the Constitution. Patel criticized Gandhi’s statements as a sign of political frustration within the Congress party.
Patel highlighted Gandhi’s alleged engagement with individuals abroad, accusing him of associating with anti-India narratives. He claimed that during foreign visits, Gandhi met with members of the ‘Tukde Tukde gang’ and individuals linked to George Soros. Patel also referenced instances where Gandhi’s global economic comments were criticized by the BJP for supposedly harming India’s reputation.
The BJP MP reiterated accusations that Gandhi’s statements question national security decisions and undermine the government’s efforts against terrorism and Naxalism. Patel emphasized that disrespect towards the Prime Minister, Home Minister, or the Indian public’s mandate would not be tolerated, given the electoral support received by the current administration.
