Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel expressed deep sorrow over the passing of legendary playback singer Asha Bhosle, calling it the end of a musical era. Patel praised Bhosle’s energetic and versatile singing, noting her significant impact on music across generations with timeless songs.

Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi also paid tribute to Bhosle, emphasizing that she was not just a voice but an entire era in herself. Sanghavi highlighted the emotional depth and magic in Bhosle’s music, stating that artists like her never truly leave as their melodies keep them alive.

Asha Bhosle, known as one of Indian cinema’s most prolific voices, passed away in Mumbai at the age of 92 due to heart and respiratory complications. With a career spanning over seven decades, she recorded thousands of songs in various languages and genres, leaving a lasting influence on film music and inspiring countless listeners and singers.
