Gujarat has made significant strides in healthcare and regional progress by introducing 14 advanced MRI machines and launching 31 development projects in Kheda district. These MRI machines, equipped with 1.5 Tesla technology and valued at Rs 12.75 crore each, were acquired for a total of Rs 178.54 crore. They will be stationed at various hospitals across the state to offer faster and more precise diagnostic services, enhancing healthcare accessibility.
In addition to the MRI machines, Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel inaugurated development projects worth over Rs 348 crore in Kheda district, coinciding with the establishment of the new Fagvel taluka. Among these projects, 13 valued at over Rs 234 crore were officially opened, while foundation stones were laid for 18 projects exceeding Rs 113 crore. These initiatives span across sectors like irrigation, water supply, roads, buildings, health services, and animal husbandry.
During the event, Chief Minister Patel highlighted the significance of Fagvel as a land of bravery and devotion, recognized not only in Gujarat but throughout India. He emphasized the state’s commitment to rural development through schemes like Mukhyamantri Gramotthan Yojana, aiming to provide city-level facilities to 114 villages without municipal status. The event was attended by various dignitaries, including Cabinet Minister Raman Solanki and State Revenue Minister Sanjaysinh Mahida.
