Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini introduced the Auto Mutation System and Paperless Registration 2.0 to enhance governance and transparency in the state. With this, residents can now download mutation documents from their homes, eliminating the need for separate applications. The launch event was attended by key officials like Revenue Minister Vipul Goel and Public Works Minister Ranbir Gangwa, emphasizing the government’s focus on simplifying services for the public.
The initiatives were unveiled as part of the state’s commitment to streamlining processes and making citizens’ lives easier. CM Saini highlighted the significance of these steps in aligning with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision for a developed India. Previously, delays in mutation and land-related services often inconvenienced people, but the new system aims to provide efficient and time-bound services with increased transparency.
The paperless registration system, initially piloted in Ladwa tehsil of Kurukshetra district in September 2025, has now been expanded across Haryana. The latest version, Paperless Registration 2.0, integrates mutation processes with property registration, offering a more user-friendly experience. Mandatory Aadhaar-based e-KYC ensures secure and verified transactions for all parties involved, enhancing the overall registration process.
