Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini announced the dissolution of the Housing Board Haryana, merging it into the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran to improve efficiency and urban planning integration. Saini highlighted the alignment of functions between the two bodies and assured the protection of all housing board employees. The decision, made under the Haryana Housing Board Act of 1971, transfers all responsibilities to the Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran.

Obituary resolutions were also passed in honor of notable individuals who passed away between the previous and current sessions. CM Saini, along with Speaker Harvinder Kalyan, paid respects to the departed, including prominent figures like Ajit Pawar and Surinder Kumar Madan. The House also commemorated the courageous soldiers from Haryana who made the ultimate sacrifice for the nation, acknowledging their valor and expressing condolences to their families.
