India is poised to become a global leader in Artificial Intelligence (AI), with the potential for GDP growth surpassing 10% in the next two years, according to Umesh Sachdev, CEO of Uniphore. Sachdev highlighted the importance of focusing on AI to achieve this growth during an interview.

AI advancements are expected to enhance productivity significantly, with AI agents streamlining services such as form-filling, government access, and legal and medical assistance. Sachdev emphasized the positive impact of AI on citizens, despite acknowledging challenges such as geopolitical tensions and regulatory concerns.
