The Indian delegation highlighted the country’s growing defense manufacturing capabilities, surpassing US $20 billion in production and exporting products worth around US $4 billion to over 100 countries. Both sides agreed to collaborate on a defense industry cooperation plan, focusing on co-development and co-production in defense manufacturing. The defense industry collaboration is becoming a crucial aspect of India-Egypt defense ties, with a shared exploration of opportunities in defense manufacturing.
