The Army’s post emphasized the accuracy and impact of these strikes, with a visual depicting a command center during the operation. Additionally, the Army had previously shared a post focusing on ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ readiness to signal ongoing preparedness post the operation.
The post highlighted post-operation improvements, including the addition of 50 new mission-ready units, four agile formations, over five lakh latest weapons, more than two lakh new equipment items, and eight anti-terror operational frameworks. Following the first anniversary of the Pahalgam terror attack on April 22, where 26 tourists were killed by Pakistan-backed terrorists, the Indian Army reiterated its commitment to respond firmly to any acts of terror. Through a social media post, the Army warned that any actions against India would face a strong response.
In another post, the Army assured that justice would be served for any misdeeds against India. It also shared information about Operation Mahadev, which involved a thorough manhunt and neutralization of the attackers involved in the Pahalgam attack. Operation Mahadev, initiated immediately after the April 22 incident, led to the elimination of the three main perpetrators after extensive searches in challenging Himalayan terrain near Dachigam/Mahadev Ridge.
A day before the Pahalgam attack anniversary, the Indian Army restated its unwavering commitment to justice and issued a stern warning that any violation of humanity’s boundaries would result in a decisive response. The Army emphasized that when humanity’s boundaries are crossed, India stands united in delivering a resolute response.
