The tournament, held from April 27 to May 3, featured 74 players, including 62 Indians, vying for world ranking points and a USD 15,000 prize pool.
The doubles final on May 2 saw Ksenia Laskutova & Ekaterina Yashina triumph over Arina Arifullina & Michika Ozeki with a 6-4, 6-3 victory. In the singles final on May 3, Shruti Ahlawat defeated Zuzanna Kolonus to claim the title with a 7-5, 6-2, 7-6 win. The event showcased emerging Indian talent, with 14-year-old Jensi Kanabar making a notable quarterfinal appearance.
Indian players like Zeel Desai, Akansha Dileep Nitture, and Sonal Patil also made their mark, contributing to a strong local presence. The tournament featured players from Russia, Japan, the United States, and Poland, enhancing the competitive environment and offering Indian players valuable international exposure.
