Rajesh Khanna, known as the first Superstar of Hindi cinema, was remembered by Jackie with a heartfelt caption expressing his admiration for the legendary actor.
Rajesh Khanna, who debuted in 1966 with “Aakhri Khat,” gained fame for his romantic roles and remarkable performances in films like “Aradhana,” “Anand,” and “Amar Prem.” He was affectionately referred to as “RK,” “Shehzada,” “King of Romance,” and “Pasha of Passion” for his contribution to Indian cinema during the late 1960s and early 1970s.
The legendary actor, who passed away in 2012, had a successful career with hits like “Kati Patang,” “Haathi Mere Saathi,” and “Sachaa Jhutha.” Rajesh Khanna’s legacy also includes his marriage to Dimple Kapadia and his tenure as a Member of Parliament in the 10th Lok Sabha from 1992 to 1996.
Jackie Shroff, in addition to his tribute, is set to appear in Ahmed Khan’s upcoming comedy film “Welcome To The Jungle,” featuring a star-studded cast including Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt, and many other renowned actors.
