Janata Dal(U) Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Kumar Jha responded to RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav’s comments on the Bihar Assembly elections by emphasizing the opposition’s lack of credibility among the people. Jha highlighted their 20-year commitment to the public and urged the opposition to introspect before criticizing.
Jha defended his party’s track record, stating that they have fulfilled their commitments to the public, earning their trust and votes. He pointed out the need for credibility in politics and suggested that the opposition should focus on their own shortcomings before criticizing others.
Tejashwi Yadav accused the NDA of undermining democracy in Bihar, labeling it as a “dhan tantra” and “machine tantra.” He alleged that the election results were manipulated and emphasized that it was the people of Bihar who suffered the consequences. Yadav announced a 100-day observation period to assess the government’s performance in fulfilling its electoral promises.
Regarding Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s ‘Samriddhi Yatra,’ Jha commended the administration’s efforts in engaging with citizens. He praised Kumar’s direct interactions with the public during his tours, highlighting the importance of such engagements in policy-making and government scheme planning.
