Hollywood actress Jennifer Garner recently shared insights into her co-parenting relationship with ex-husband Ben Affleck. Garner revealed that their communication primarily revolves around their three children, with the most recent text she sent to Affleck being about kid-related logistics. Despite their split in 2015 after a decade of marriage, the former couple has maintained a strong focus on co-parenting their children, Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel.

In a recent interview, Garner mentioned that her last message to her son was filled with love and encouragement for his day at school. Reflecting on her divorce from Affleck in 2018, Garner emphasized the importance of avoiding gossip and focusing on healing. She highlighted the challenges of breaking up a family and losing a partnership and friendship.

Garner also expressed gratitude for the friendship she and Affleck have rebuilt over time. She emphasized the value of forgiveness, moving on, and nurturing new forms of friendship. Garner acknowledged the surprises in her life, including her enduring work relationships and the gift of being able to co-parent peacefully with Affleck.
