Stressing the importance of India’s diplomatic relations with global players, Abdullah urged the Prime Minister to leverage these ties to help bring an early end to the war in West Asia. He condemned the conflict as unjust and illegal, expressing condolences for the lives lost and calling for collective efforts to alleviate human suffering and promote peaceful coexistence among nations.
Abdullah framed the issue as a humanitarian crisis transcending religious boundaries, stating that it is humanity that suffers in such conflicts. He called on the Indian government to play a constructive role in resolving the conflict, highlighting the potential benefits for humanity once peace is restored. The Chief Minister expressed confidence in the support of the entire Jammu and Kashmir Assembly for India’s efforts in ending the war.
