Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president K.T. Rama Rao accused the Modi government of failing students and unemployed youth by neglecting examination irregularities. He highlighted a concerning trend where accountability seekers are targeted instead of those responsible for failures. Addressing a gathering in Hyderabad, he demanded the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan for his role in the irregularities and urged meaningful dialogue with protesting students.

The event at Indira Park saw significant student and youth participation, reflecting growing discontent with the government’s handling of issues like the NEET paper leak and alleged crackdowns on protests. K.T. Rama Rao emphasized the importance of democratic dissent, stating that attempts to silence the youth would only strengthen their movement. He called for unity and democracy in their struggle for justice and accountability.

K.T. Rama Rao cautioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi not to underestimate the power of the youth, noting a shift in India’s political landscape driven by a new generation of ideas. Drawing parallels with Nepal and Sri Lanka, he suggested that united youth movements could challenge governments. He criticized Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy for allegedly diverting attention from national issues and failing to support the students and youth against the Centre’s actions.
