Karnataka BJP President, B.Y. Vijayendra, addressed opposition towards the Viksit Bharat—Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission Act, stating that it reflects the Congress party’s intolerance towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Vijayendra highlighted issues in government hospitals and accused the Congress of hindering initiatives like Jan Aushadhi Kendras.
Vijayendra pointed out the Congress party’s historical dominance and its struggle with the BJP-led NDA government’s rise to power under Prime Minister Modi. He criticized the Congress for failing to alleviate poverty despite its long rule and accused its leaders of amassing wealth.
The BJP President questioned the Karnataka government’s lack of new development schemes and criticized its focus on revenue generation through liquor sales. He emphasized the government’s failure to prioritize the welfare of marginalized communities and slammed its inability to support MLAs.
Vijayendra praised the Union government’s VB-G RAM G initiative, highlighting reforms and anti-corruption measures. He criticized the Congress for opposing beneficial schemes like PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi and obstructing progress, such as the New Education Policy and ‘One Nation, One Election’ proposal.
