Karnataka Congress President B.K. Hariprasad criticized the BJP-led Union government for alleged examination paper leaks nationwide. He demanded an independent national investigation supervised by a retired Supreme Court judge. Hariprasad highlighted Rahul Gandhi’s recent program in Kota, Rajasthan, focusing on student suicides and morale-boosting measures.

Hariprasad claimed that 152 examination papers were leaked between 2014 and 2026 across India. He raised concerns about the credibility of the education system due to these leaks, impacting students’ aspirations and efforts. The Congress leader alleged that leaked question papers were found in states like Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat, with links to BJP leaders’ families.

According to Hariprasad, the repeated paper leaks threaten India’s children’s future and educational institutions’ credibility. He emphasized that education is a fundamental right guaranteed by the Constitution and criticized the government for failing to address the issue effectively. Hariprasad also drew attention to the PSI recruitment examination scam in Karnataka, highlighting the need for accountability and transparency in such matters.
