Bertomeu capitalized on a blocked effort by Hitesh Sharma, slotting home from close range to give the hosts the lead.
The match saw both teams exchanging chances throughout the first half, with Rahim Ali equalizing for Odisha in the 27th minute. Despite Odisha’s improved performance, late drama unfolded in stoppage time as Matías Hernández scored the winning goal for Kerala Blasters, securing a hard-fought victory.
