Reality TV star Kim Kardashian honored her late grandmother, Mary Jo “MJ,” on what would have been her 92nd birthday. Kim took to Instagram to share photos of her grandmother and expressed her emotions, mentioning how she is uncovering new stories about her grandmother while sorting through her possessions with her mother Kris Jenner.
In a touching caption, Kim wrote, “Happy Heavenly 92nd Birthday grandma! It’s only been a week but wow the amount of things I’ve learned about you this week from going through all of your stuff with mom has been beautiful!” She further added, “I thought I knew it all! Makes me respect you and love you more if that’s even possible. Today we celebrate you! I miss you like crazy and I love you endlessly my sweet grandma MJ.”
Kim’s grandmother passed away on July 16, and Kim had previously shared a heartfelt tribute to her on social media. In her tribute, Kim described her grandmother as her best friend, gossip buddy, and forever twin, highlighting the values of family that her grandmother instilled in them.
