The shooting for director Balakrishnan’s upcoming film, starring Krishna Kulasekaran, has been completed. This movie, tentatively known as KK25, is a joint production of Manu Manthra Creations and Sri Vishnu Creations. Notably, this marks Krishna’s 25th film as a lead actor. The team celebrated the wrap-up with a cake-cutting ceremony on set.
Sources reveal that the film is a gripping crime thriller, promising an intense and engaging storyline. Bindhu Madhavi stars opposite Krishna, and the movie has been extensively shot in Chennai and Kerala, offering a visually rich narrative. Post-production work is now in progress at a rapid pace.
Apart from this project, Krishna Kulasekaran is also set to appear in director Jai Amar Singh’s comedy family drama, ‘The Mummy Returns’. Produced by P J Kishore under Pepin de Raisin Productions, the film is aimed at delivering a wholesome family entertainment experience filled with comedy. The cast includes actors like Devadarshini, Swathi Muppala, and others in significant roles.
Director Jai Amar Singh, known for his comedy genre inclination, is crafting ‘The Mummy Returns’ as a laughter-packed film. The storyline revolves around a son’s humorous attempts to save his mother, promising a blend of emotions and laughter. The movie’s music is composed by Sam C S, with editing by Manikandan Balaji and cinematography by Karthik Subramanian.
