Celebrated lyricist Sameer Anjaan has introduced his music label, ‘Aumora Music,’ as a platform for artists with genuine expressions. The label aims to focus on creating enduring music rather than following fleeting trends. Sameer emphasized the need for depth in Indian music, stating that the industry has volume but lacks substance.
Sameer shared his vision for ‘Aumora Music,’ highlighting its purpose of providing a space for artists with meaningful messages. He emphasized the importance of creating music that stands the test of time, rather than chasing temporary popularity.
At an event, Sameer discussed the influence of artificial intelligence (AI) in the music sector. He acknowledged AI’s ability to generate music but stressed that it cannot replicate the emotions conveyed by human composers and singers.
The label’s strategic plan for 2026 to 2032 includes a focus on music publishing, live performances, and artist development. By 2028, ‘Aumora Music’ aims to release more than 500 original tracks, conduct tours in eight major cities, and organize concerts in the UAE, the UK, and North America.
Throughout his illustrious four-decade career, Sameer has penned over 4,000 songs for more than 640 Hindi films.
