Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav transferred Rs 1,836 crore to over 1.25 crore women beneficiaries through the Ladli Behna Yojana in Khandwa district. Additionally, he initiated development projects worth Rs 252 crore and inaugurated completed projects valued at Rs 352.41 crore. The Chief Minister emphasized his government’s dedication to empowering women through various schemes.
During an event in Burhanpur district, Chief Minister Yadav launched development projects across multiple departments totaling Rs 696 crore. These projects, spanning infrastructure, public amenities, agriculture, and other sectors, aim to boost the district’s overall progress. He also announced plans for an agriculture-based regional industry conclave and a kirtan center for the Bairagi community.
Furthermore, CM Yadav pledged to settle pending payments for workers at the cooperative cotton mill and establish a unit for banana farmers’ benefit. He highlighted the government’s commitment to enhancing farmers’ income and providing skill-based training to the youth. Yadav also defended his government’s accomplishments over the past two years while criticizing the opposition Congress for allegedly spreading misinformation against the BJP government.
