The highly anticipated revenge thriller ‘Khalifa’ by director Vysakh has introduced Bollywood actor Neil Nitin Mukesh to the Malayalam film industry. Actor Prithviraj Sukumaran, who stars in the film centered on gold smuggling, extended a warm welcome to Neil Nitin Mukesh on his birthday. Prithviraj shared the news on his Instagram, marking the occasion and expressing excitement about Neil’s entry into Malayalam cinema.

The film features Prithviraj as a character named Aamir Ali, with the actor previously teasing a glimpse video of ‘Khalifa’ on his birthday. The video hints at a gripping storyline involving a gold smuggling network spanning London, Nepal, and Kerala. Prithviraj’s character, Aamir Ali, is portrayed in intense action sequences, promising an engaging and thrilling cinematic experience for audiences.

‘Khalifa’ has piqued the interest of fans and cinephiles since its announcement, with Prithviraj wrapping up his UK shoot for the film in August last year. The project, which commenced in London, boasts a talented team including writer Jinu V Abraham, cinematographer Jomon T John, music composer Jakes Bejoy, editor Chaman Chacko, stylist Mashar Hamza, and action director Yannick Ben. The film, initially planned for shooting in Dubai, Nepal, and Kerala, was eventually filmed in the UK.

This collaboration marks Prithviraj’s second venture with Vysakh after their successful film ‘Pokkiri Raja’ and his next project with writer Jinu V Abraham, known for ‘Kaduva.’
