Actor and fitness enthusiast Milind Soman highlighted the significance of women’s fitness and awareness in fostering a healthier society. At an event by Zydus Pinkathon, he stressed that women can influence family habits positively by embracing a healthy lifestyle. Soman expressed that women, by leading healthier households, can contribute to a fitter society and nation.

Recently, Milind Soman participated in a Grandmothers’ 10K run with over 50 senior women at the Vivekanand Education Society grounds in Chembur. He encouraged active ageing among grandmothers, urging them to challenge stereotypes through fitness. Soman emphasized the importance of older women staying active as a motivation for all generations to redefine ageing norms.

During the event, Milind Soman aimed to break stereotypes about elderly women and inspire them to lead active lives. He highlighted the event’s broader message of encouraging people of all ages to stay active and pursue their passions. Soman emphasized that age should not limit one’s participation in events or pursuing personal goals.

Milind Soman recently gained attention for his role in the web series “The Royals,” where he promoted fitness. His latest acting venture was in the period drama “Paurashpur.”
