Minister Inaugurates Delhi Nagrik Sahakari Bank’s New Digital Banking Services

Minister for Social Welfare and Cooperatives Ravinder Indraj Singh recently launched the ATM and Debit Card facilities of Delhi Nagrik Sahakari Bank Limited. The bank also introduced its Gold Loan service to enhance customer experience. These initiatives aim to expand digital banking services and offer a more convenient banking experience to customers.

Addressing the audience at Hindi Bhawan, ITO, Singh highlighted the role of the cooperative sector in empowering the common man economically. He emphasized the integration of modern technologies and digital services into cooperative institutions in Delhi, aligning with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of “Sahkar Se Samriddhi.” The expansion of digital banking services by Delhi Nagrik Sahakari Bank is expected to provide citizens with transparent, simple, and convenient services while bolstering the cooperative sector.

Delhi Nagrik Sahakari Bank Chairman Pradeep Kumar Sharma emphasized the bank’s commitment to customer convenience and trust. The introduction of ATM and Debit Card facilities signifies a significant milestone for the bank. Sharma mentioned that the bank is focused on offering prompt financial assistance through services like Gold Loans. Additionally, efforts are underway to enhance digital services, strengthen the ATM network, and improve online banking facilities for a more efficient and modern banking experience for customers.
