The National Games 2025 has brought a wave of excitement to Uttarakhand, as top athletes from across India converge to showcase their skills. In badminton, Uttarakhand’s men’s and women’s teams faced tough competition. The men’s team narrowly edged out Karnataka 3-2, while the women triumphed over Gujarat. Rajasthan’s men’s team outperformed Arunachal Pradesh in a tense encounter.

Rugby sevens also saw strong performances, with Odisha, West Bengal, and Bihar securing dominant wins in the women’s category, while Haryana and Odisha continued their strong performances in the men’s division.
