Actress Nayanthara and her director husband, Vignesh Shivan, recently spent time with actor R Madhavan and his wife, Sarita Birje. Nayanthara shared a photo of the two couples on her Instagram Stories, expressing joy at meeting her “most favourite couple.”
Describing Madhavan and Sarita as kind and warm souls, Nayanthara mentioned that their bond has grown into a family-like relationship over the years. Vignesh Shivan also shared the post, calling them “sweetest people” and sending love to the couple.
Nayanthara and Madhavan were co-stars in the 2025 Tamil film “Test,” where they portrayed a married couple. Produced by YNOT Studios, the movie also features Siddharth, Meera Jasmine, and others in key roles. “Test” revolves around a scientist’s challenges, his wife’s aspirations, and a cricketer’s journey.
The film’s soundtrack is by Shakthisree Gopalan, with Viraj Singh Gohil as the cinematographer and T. S. Suresh as the editor. “Test” was released on 4 April 2025, and Nayanthara is set to star in the upcoming period gangster movie “Toxic.”
