Prime Minister Narendra Modi extended warm birthday wishes to Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin on his 73rd birthday, praying for his long life and good health. The Prime Minister took to social media to convey his greetings, expressing hope for the Chief Minister’s well-being. Leaders from various political parties also joined in extending similar sentiments towards Chief Minister Stalin.

Chief Minister Stalin commenced his birthday by paying respects at the memorials of former Chief Ministers C.N. Annadurai and M. Karunanidhi at Marina Beach. He also visited Periyar Thidal to honor social reformer Periyar E.V. Ramasamy, emphasizing his party’s roots in the Dravidian movement. Earlier in the day, CM Stalin shared his birthday pledge on social media, emphasizing the importance of unity and intellect in overcoming challenges.

As Tamil Nadu gears up for an election year, the celebrations surrounding Chief Minister Stalin’s birthday hold political significance. DMK leaders used the occasion to reaffirm their commitment to social justice and inclusive governance under his leadership. Party members conducted various events and campaigns to showcase the government’s initiatives.

Despite political differences in the state, the Prime Minister’s public greeting to CM Stalin highlighted democratic norms of respect. The birthday celebrations not only marked personal milestones for Chief Minister Stalin but also reflected the changing political dynamics in Tamil Nadu.
