Actor Prabhas has shared his positive impact on the storyline of the upcoming pan-India movie ‘The RajaSaab,’ as its trailer was revealed recently. The trailer provides a deeper insight into the film’s plot and emotional essence, featuring Prabhas in an antagonist role and Sanjay Dutt as his counterpart. Sanjay Dutt’s character uses hypnotism to control fear, while Prabhas’ character shares a special bond with his grandmother, played by Zarina Wahab.

‘RajaSaab’ embarks on a quest for answers that leads him to an abandoned mansion, where the film’s darkest secrets are held. The trailer hints at the house turning into a psychological trap, pitting the mind against the body. Sanjay Dutt’s hypnotist character exudes a calm yet menacing aura, relying on control and manipulation rather than sheer force to dominate those who enter his realm.

Prabhas reflected on his experience working on the film, expressing how the three-year journey of ‘Raja Saab’ brought tears to the director Maruthi’s eyes. He emphasized the need for a balanced entertainer amidst the dominance of action-oriented films, shaping the horror-comedy genre of this movie. The visually captivating ‘The RajaSaab’ promises a VFX-laden spectacle, with intricate horror visuals and atmospheric effects enhancing its fear-inducing atmosphere.

Director Maruthi highlighted the immense effort behind the film, especially after securing Prabhas for the project to meet high expectations. The director assured that the audience would witness the dedication and hard work put into the movie, aiming to provide pure entertainment during the festive season. Despite facing competition during its release, the film, produced by TG Vishwa Prasad under People Media Factory, is poised to hit screens on January 9, 2026, across multiple languages.
