The Premier League will pause post the international break, with the focus shifting to the FA Cup quarterfinals in England this weekend. Some Premier League teams will have a three-week break, including Chelsea, who will face Port Vale. Chelsea’s coach, Liam Rosenior, is under pressure after recent defeats and will be looking for a win against Port Vale.

Manchester City will face Liverpool in a crucial match, with City aiming for a cup double this season. Pep Guardiola is expected to field a strong lineup to secure a victory. Liverpool, preparing for a Champions League clash, faces a dilemma in balancing their squad for both competitions.

Arsenal’s lineup against Southampton will be closely watched, especially after some players returned from national team duty with physical issues. Martin Odegaard’s availability will be a relief for coach Mikel Arteta. West Ham and Leeds United will battle it out in a quarterfinal, with both teams eyeing FA Cup success alongside their main goal of top-flight survival.
