The Pro Wrestling League has announced the coaching staff for all six franchises for its upcoming fifth season in 2026. The league has brought in a mix of Olympians, national team architects, and internationally certified coaches to lead the teams. The Wrestling Federation of India has sanctioned PWL 2026, scheduled from January 15 to February 2, after a seven-year hiatus.
The league will feature nine bouts per tie, covering five men’s and four women’s weight categories. Emphasizing structured preparation and athlete development, the league aims for competitive balance. The coaching appointments come after successful player auctions, showcasing the league’s commitment to pairing top wrestling talent with experienced technical guidance.
Delhi Dangal Warriors will be under the leadership of Jagminder Singh as chief coach, supported by Vikram Sharma. Maharashtra Kesari has appointed Anil Kumar Mann as chief coach, with Bharti Baghel assisting. Haryana Thunders will be led by Virender Dahiya, with S.B. Prasad as the assistant coach. Punjab Royals have Hargobind Singh Sandhu as chief coach and Sonu Khatri as the assistant. Tiigers of Mumbai Dangals will be guided by Chandra Vijay Singh, alongside Devki Rajput. UP Dominators have Vinod Kumar as chief coach, supported by Pardeep Kharia.
