Actor Pulkit Samrat, known for his role in the “Fukrey” franchise, expressed that achieving glory for him means being compared to rather than comparing himself with others. He emphasized the importance of people appreciating his work in the industry driven by visibility and numbers. Pulkit, who debuted in Bollywood in 2012, highlighted the significance of recognition for the work he is passionate about.

The 42-year-old actor, married to actress Kriti Kharbanda, reflected on his career’s highs and lows, including successful ventures like “Jai Ho” and setbacks with films like “Dolly Ki Doli” and “Sanam Re.” Discussing the series “Glory,” now available on Netflix, Pulkit shared insights into the show’s narrative set in the intense world of boxing. The storyline unfolds with the mysterious death of Nihal Singh, a promising boxer aiming for an Olympic medal.

“Glory” features a talented ensemble cast including Suvinder Vicky, Divyenndu, Jannat Zubair, Ashutosh Rana, and others. The series, created by Karan Anshuman and Karmanya Ahuja, delves into the competitive realm of boxing, exploring themes of ambition and sacrifice. Produced by Mohit Shah and Anshuman, the show is scripted by Anshuman, Ahuja, and Vaibhav Vishal, with direction from Anshuman and Kanishk Varma.
