Punjab Royals dominated the first half of Match 12 in the Pro Wrestling League 2026, securing a 4-1 lead over Maharashtra Kesari at the Noida Indoor Stadium. The initial bouts showcased Punjab’s authority and composure, aiming to secure a crucial win for their playoff advancement.

In the 53kg women’s category, Meenakshi of Punjab outperformed Paris Olympic silver medalist Guzman Lopez Yusneylis with a 6-0 victory, setting a strong start. Asian Wrestling Champion Chandermohan continued the momentum with an 18-0 technical superiority win in the 74kg men’s bout.
