The preliminary inquiry showed gross negligence in medical protocols, leading to immediate actions against the involved medical staff.
Dr. Navneet Kumar, an Associate Professor, has been suspended, and Dr. Shraddha Upadhyay, an Assistant Professor, has been dismissed. Nursing officers Gurjot Kaur and Nimesh Verma were suspended for negligence and failure to follow protocols. Show-cause notices were sent to Unit Heads Dr. B.L. Patidar and Dr. Neha Sehra regarding possible supervisory negligence.
