Rajasthan Royals will start their first pre-season training camp in Jaipur from March 17 to prepare for the upcoming Indian Premier League 2026 season. The squad, including new additions like Jadeja and Sam Curran, will gather at Pink City’s Sawai Mansingh Stadium for training, fitness, and nets sessions. Head Coach Kumar Sangakkara will lead the camp focusing on team bonding, intensive training, and planning, along with strength and conditioning sessions.
The team had a smaller group of players, including Ravi Bishnoi, Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, Sandeep Sharma, and Ravindra Jadeja, attend a brief camp and fitness assessment session at the franchise’s High Performance Centre in Nagpur. Rajasthan Royals, under captain Riyan Parag, will play their first three home matches of the IPL 2026 season at the ACA Stadium in Guwahati, their alternate home ground.
The franchise is set to head to Guwahati on March 26 for their season opener against CSK on March 30, as per the fixtures announced by the IPL Governing Council. Following this, they will travel to Ahmedabad for their match against the Gujarat Titans on April 4 at the Narendra Modi Stadium, marking their first away game of the season. Subsequently, they will return to Guwahati for matches against the Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bengaluru on April 7 and 10, respectively.
Due to upcoming elections, only 20 fixtures until April 12 have been disclosed, with the remainder of the 2026 Indian Premier League schedule to be revealed later. The schedule for Royals’ matches at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur will be announced in the next phase.
