Defence Minister Rajnath Singh criticized political parties in Kerala, alleging corruption and appeasement practices. He referenced the Sabarimala gold theft, claiming the involvement of senior leaders. Singh called for a CBI investigation into the matter and emphasized the need for accountability.
Singh accused both the Left Democratic Front (LDF) and the United Democratic Front (UDF) of being alike in corruption despite their apparent differences. He highlighted their alleged connections with extremist groups and asserted BJP’s role in safeguarding the state from such influences.
The Defence Minister pointed out an alleged obsession with gold among certain leaders, linking it to the Chief Minister’s associates. He criticized the handling of the Munambam land issue, accusing the political fronts of neglecting families facing eviction threats. Singh urged voters to combat corruption and appeasement by considering the BJP as a credible alternative.
In the electoral battle in Paravur, the contest involves UDF’s V.D. Satheesan and LDF’s E.T. Tyson Master, promising a competitive election.
