Rehan Kazmi, a resident of Kintoor in Barabanki, the ancestral village of former Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, stated that the US has suffered a significant defeat while Iran has emerged victorious based on its strength. Kazmi alleged that Pakistan is following US directives and was asked to mediate in the West Asia conflict. He mentioned that America’s objectives in the conflict with Iran, such as regime change and halting the nuclear program, remain unfulfilled.
Kazmi highlighted that the US had to agree to Iran’s 10-point conditions and subsequently declared a two-week ceasefire. He emphasized that Iran’s strength and capabilities led to its victory over the US. Regarding Pakistan’s involvement in peace talks, Kazmi criticized the nation for pursuing selfish interests and accused it of engaging in terrorist activities. He expressed skepticism about Pakistan’s commitment to peace and accused it of acting on America’s instructions.
Kazmi also mentioned Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s repeated visits to the US, suggesting that his involvement in the conflict helped save America’s reputation. He alleged that Pakistan’s mediation attempts were orchestrated by the US to portray a facade of peace efforts. Kazmi asserted Iran’s self-sufficiency in defense, stating that the country does not require external protection.
